RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made after the newsletter is published, about two weeks
before the meeting. The luncheon cost is $16.50, payable by cash or check at the
meeting. Visitors are always welcome--just make a reservation.

or by phone at 623-546-9112. (INDICATE THE MONTH OF
THE MEETING, YOUR NAME, THE NAMES OF ANY GUESTS, AND CHOICE OF STANDARD ENTREE
OR FRUIT PLATE.)
The reservation deadline is 6PM on Monday before the meeting. Late reservations
and “walk-ins” cannot be guaranteed that the regular meal selection will be
available.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AFTER MAKING A
RESERVATION, PLEASE CALL GENE COMSTOCK TO CANCEL.
To cancel before the day of the meeting,
call him at 623-546-9112. To cancel on the morning of the meeting, call his cell
phone at 623-628-9112.
Reservations not cancelled will incur a
“no-show” fee of $10, payable by mail to the Treasurer, Don Block, at 13425 W
Caraway Dr, Sun City West AZ 85375.
