                            Vanilla Ice Cream with Rolled Cookie

February 3:         Grilled Chicken Veloute (White Roux) with Saffron Rice, Chef’s Vegetable and Rainbow
                            Sherbet with a Rolled Cookie
 

March 2:              Pork Cutlet Grilled Golden with Pan Gravy, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Chef’s Vegetable and
        Fudge Nut Brownie with Whipped Cream
 

April 6:                 American Beef Stew with Tender Braised Beef, Chef’s Vegetables, and Corn Bread with

                             Butter and Apple Turnover with Vanilla Ice Cream

 

May 4:                  Beef Stroganoff over Egg Noodles with fresh Vegetables and Rainbow Sherbet with

                             Rolled Cookie

 

June1:                  Chicken Pot Pie. All White Chicken with peas and carrots in a creamy sauce and baked in a pie to a
        crispy golden brown. Peppermint Ice Cream and Cookie

 

October 5:           Pork Cutlet Grilled Golden Brown with Pan Gravy, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Chef’s Vegetable and
        Fudge Nut Brownie with Whipped Cream

 

November 2:      Turkey Medallions with Cranberry Sauce, Served with Apple Walnut Stuffing, Green Beans Almandine and
      Apple Turnover with Vanilla Ice Cream

 

December 7:       Yankee Pot Roast with Natural Gravy, Broiled Red Potatoes, Chef’s Vegetable and

                           Peppermint Ice Cream & Cookie
