The Engineers Club is a social organization which meets
regularly for lunch with a speaker on a technical topic. Spouses are
invited and many attend regularly. Short field trips are occasionally
scheduled. Membership is open to anyone who has worked in or had close
ties to the engineering or scientific fields. Meetings are held at
11:30am on the first Friday of each month, October through June,
at Briarwood Country Club, 135th and Meeker in Sun City West, Arizona.
(The Briarwood dress code is casual, but no blue jeans or collarless

Our monthly newsletter provides information about upcoming programs and club
activities. A new edition is published on this web site about two weeks before
each meeting, and copies are distributed at the meeting. From time to time
we will post articles, stories, and publications of interest under the
Miscellaneous Information link above.

Meetings are held

Field Trips are scheduled periodically and announced on this web site as well
as in the monthly newsletter. Reservations are usually required and can be made
through the Field Trips page of this web site or by calling the Field Trips
Chairperson, Keith Morrow at (623) 546-3080.
Almost since its inception, the Engineers Club has
provided a scholarship to a qualified student aspiring to a Baccalaureate degree
in Engineering. Currently, ten dollars of the annual dues of each Club
member are designated to the Scholarship Fund to provide a $3,000 scholarship
each calendar year.
